Returns

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Send us clear photos of the damage and the packaging.

We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or installation issues. Please read the product description carefully before ordering.

 Refunds

Once your return (for damaged goods) is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
